My message involves my desire to remind you that you are fortunate to have the limitations of physicality. I no longer reside in the realm of food or the human touch of the body. It is not to feel that human limitations are a bother, but  rather that they are a pleasure to be enjoyed and savored, synthesized with the wisdom of spiritual knowledge, given to you for the purpose of enjoyment. And it can turn to suffering when not synthesized in the balance of your being. Realize that the pleasure comes from being in balance; suffering comes from the imbalance of your being.
